The Notice of Adopted Permanent Rules for Pharmacy Practice was published in the September 6, 2011 issue of the Minnesota State Register. Consequently, the rule changes that the Board began working on in 2008 became effective on September 13, 2011. The Notice can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate link below. Until the Office of the Revisor incorporates the changes into the version of Chapter 6800 that is found on the Legislature's Web site, interested parties can read Revisor’s drafts RD3900 and SR3900 to review the rules changes. Please note that where RD3900 and SR3900 differ, the language in SR3900 is what has been adopted by the Board. Board staff has combined the two documents into an unofficial, complete draft of rule changes that should be easier to follow.
